Help, Help, Help with myspace codes!?

I need a code that will show the top sites such as "home" "browse" "search" "invite"...ect. I also need a code that will show my friends on my profile page. I've googled this and have come up with only "hide" codes. Can someone PLEASE help me find a code that will allow me to do this. I've started a myspace group and am afraid that people will not want to join if they do not see the icon to take them back home....this is the most important of the two in which I need! Thanks so much for any help you can give!!

all you need is a navigation bar, google that. and as for the friends, can i ask you to explain exactly wthat is the matter? the newest members of the grup should be displayed on the group profile, that's myspace default.

Well..if you hid your friends with a hide code, wouldn't they show up if you deleted it? Duh.
